2024 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence, Digital Media Technology and Interaction Design (ICADI 2024)  was grandly held at Tianjin Vocational and Technical Normal University from November 30th to December 1st.

Opening Speech:

Zheng Qingchun, the president of Tianjin Vocational and Technical Normal University, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. He warmly congratulated the successful holding of the conference, expressed sincere gratitude to the participating experts, and elaborated on the development characteristics and current development status of Tianjin Vocational and Technical Normal University in the field of vocational education.

This meeting was chaired by Professor Zhou Zixin. It successfully held five keynote speeches and four sub-forums, including the Dean Forum, Vocational Education Forum, Graduate Student Forum, and the Digital Innovation Forum under the Leadership of Artificial Intelligence.

During the meeting, the Tianjin branch center of the China Artificial Intelligence Art Education Collaborative Innovation Platform was established. Tianjin Vocational and Technical Normal University responded to the platform's call and, as the regional council unit in Tianjin, took the lead in holding the awarding ceremony with related sister institutions.

The conference invited five experts to deliver keynote speeches on "Artificial Intelligence, Digital Media Technology and Interactive Design", sharing their latest research findings with the participating experts and scholars from both domestic and international backgrounds. Wu Xiaohua, a member of the Academic Committee and Supervisor of China Academy of Art, the leading figure in the field of opera and film and television, professor and doctoral supervisor; Wang Xin, a professor and doctoral supervisor of the Intelligent and Computing Department of Tianjin University, vice dean of the Artificial Intelligence Institute, and chief scientist of a national key research and development program project; Li Tie, the director of the Animation Department of Tianjin University of Technology, a member of the National Committee for Animation and Digital Media Education, professor and doctoral supervisor; Rashwan Khalil from Sichuan International Studies University; Wang Yixiang, the director of the Visual Communication Design Department of the Art Design College of Tianjin University of Science and Technology.

And in the afternoon, a separate venue will be set up for the graduate student forum and the forum on digital innovation led by artificial intelligence.

This conference is not only a grand event for academic exchanges, but also an important platform for promoting cooperation. Through face-to-face communication and discussions, scholars in their respective research fields have found more opportunities for collaboration. During the conference, many scholars reached preliminary cooperation intentions and plan to carry out more joint research and project cooperation in the future.
